About Pamela Flora

As a Retail Brokerage Services Specialist at Newmark, I create compelling marketing materials and devise leasing strategies to optimize property synergy and performance. I leverage dynamic site selection tools that integrate GIS mapping, demographic data, competitor analysis, traffic patterns, and market trends to identify high-potential retail and restaurant locations. I partner with brokers and clients to align tenants, retail concepts, and amenities that enhance the value of Newmark's exclusive listings. I also manage the marketing and listing data for a portfolio of 90+ properties, ensuring accuracy and currency, and I manage the booking of more than 80 lease and sale transactions per year.In addition to my current role, I have a rich background in real estate research and analysis, having served as a Research Director at Cushman & Wakefield for 13+ years. There, I identified emerging national real estate, retail, economic, and consumer insights and produced leading-edge thought leadership to guide client strategic initiatives. I also developed a proprietary database to track retail properties, companies, and transaction details, and designed and delivered custom presentations for key clients and industry associations. My education in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University-Long Beach has equipped me with the skills to excel in these roles.
