About Pamela Nitert

With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am passionate about creating positive social impact through strategic leadership, marketing, and event management. Most recently as the Business Director at Unionville Skating Club, I oversaw all business and administrative operations of a large and diverse membership base, ensuring quality service and alignment with the club's vision and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different roles and organizations that support women's empowerment, violence prevention, and community engagement.In that role, I worked closely with the Technical Director and the Board of Directors to develop and implement effective governance, stakeholder relationships, processes, systems, and tools. I manage the office personnel and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. I also leveraged my marketing and event management skills to promote the club's programs, events, and campaigns, and to generate and secure ongoing financial support from various sources. It was a team that fostered a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion in the skating community.
