In fear of not finding any jobs, I began sending out applications on the day of my college graduation. Fortunately, just after 2 days, I was employed! My career started as a customer service representative in the BPO industry, where I swiftly advanced to the position of senior subject matter expert for billing. With nearly six years of dedicated service, I diligently honed my skills while managing diverse accounts within the BPO sector. In pursuit of achieving a better work-life balance and greater flexibility, I gratefully embraced the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of my home. This pivotal decision guided me toward a transition into the Litigation Support industry, where I have been fortunate to thrive for over three years. My journey serves as a testament to my sincere commitment to continuous growth and learning. While I certainly take pride in my accomplishments, my goal is to always maintain a humble and approachable demeanor.
