About Pamela Pascal

Driven by a deep passion for the French language and education, Pamela has built a career enriched by diverse experiences and solid academic training. This has enabled her to share her love of learning, culture, and languages internationally. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Language Studies and Francophone Cultures with a minor in Classical Studies from Bishop’s University, a Diploma of College Studies in Modern Languages from Collège de Rosemont, and a Bachelor of Education, specializing in Primary/Junior teaching, from the University of Ottawa. Since 2014, she has been offering tutoring services for all levels of French, from elementary students to university learners. She was also a French language monitor for the Odyssey program during the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years. Named “favourite tutor” during her time at SOSteacher, Pamela has also left her mark at School Success as an online tutor and teaching assistant for high school French as a first language and English as a second language. To share her passion for la francophonie and teaching, Pamela has served as a French Immersion Ambassador for Teacher 5 Étoiles. She is currently a promotion agent for the Ontario Ministry of Education. Always on the move, she travels year-round, both nationally and internationally. She collaborates with various summer camps and Francophone organizations to make learning French fun. Finally, as a Disney Adult and author at heart, Pamela recently published her first book, a children’s fairytale titled "Il était une fois".
