Today, Pamela draws upon this adventuresome spirit and self-starter attitude in ushering entertainment organizations into new phases of content innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional team performance. This work has been pivotal in elevating ratings, market share, and revenue growth. Since joining Viacom Media Networks in 2005, Pamela has advanced through a number of leadership positions of increased accountability. Currently serving as the Head of Scripted Programming for MTV, VH1, and Logo as well as the Head of the West Coast Office, she has earned a reputation for her steady, multidimensional leadership. She is also widely respected for her versatility across genres (scripted/unscripted series, documentaries, and studio/independent feature films). A differentiating strength throughout her career is Pamela’s experience as an award-winning content creator. Among her contributions is her work in positioning the “RuPaul’s Drag Race” franchise for nine Primetime Emmy Awards (23 nominations, 12 in 2018) as the brand owner and executive producer for 10 consecutive years. Pamela leveraged this and other achievements as a member of the executive leadership team that grew Logo TV from a startup to a ground-breaking network reaching 53M+ households. Against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving and consolidating industry, Pamela has been instrumental in driving transformation and programming originality. She played a pivotal role in the turnaround of MTV, the launch of MTV Studios, and the ideation and launch of a documentary film division that has won three Daytime Emmy Awards. Earlier in her career, Pamela co-founded and co-led an independent production company, Dexterity Pictures.
