I add value by helping others Rise & Thrive using my skills in Justice, Equity, & Belonging (DEI), Community & Workforce Development, and Relationship-Building & Communications. I live my life in service, in connection, and in advocacy. I find joy in moving ideas into meaningful action by constructing plans out of possibilities, cultivating connectedness by leading beside teams with big hearts, and changing lives by creating more equitable, healthier, and more resilient communities. Managed and coached 165 people, experience working with racialized, low income, and LGBTQ2S+ groups; Planned strategies to optimize $217.5M donor investments across numerous projects. • Relationship-Building. Developed and managed over 200+ community partner relationships deploying feminist leadership, deep listening, cross-cultural sensitivity and professional diplomacy. • Communication. Effective intercultural and cross-functional communicator with 15 publications, and 50 workshop presentations and 28 moderated panels in Belgium, Canada, Chile, Ireland, Rwanda, Singapore, South Africa, New Zealand, and USA. Native and bilingual proficiency in English and Bengali. • Creativity and Innovation. Designed competitions leading to 16 social change projects for under-resourced communities in Africa, Asia and the Americas; Co-established a network and mentorship program for social entrepreneurs across 52 countries.• Storytelling. Co-authored recommendations on ethical best practices for partnership building in the Global South impacting policy and program change for 15+ NGOs, businesses, and academic institutions worldwide.
