About Panagiotis Pardalis

Experienced ESG professional with a strategic focus on sustainability governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transformation. Currently Head of ESG at ENDLESS EC, where I lead the integration of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ISO standards, and circular economy principles into core business operations across the paper and detergents/chemicals sector. I specialize in building ESG frameworks that align performance with purpose — enabling long-term value creation, stakeholder trust, and regulatory readiness. Previously, in my roles with non-profits, Human Rights organizations, government, and EU institutions, I established sustainability strategies, communication campaigns and global partnerships with renowned actors to drive high-impact actions. Among others, I directed global communication and outreach efforts, served as a Spokesperson for major global reports and media appearances with leading outlets like CNN, BBC, Reuters, Al Jazeera, and France 24, advised on strategic initiatives that engaged EU and national policymakers to drive impactful policy changes. I hold a BA in media and communication and a MA in International and European Affairs. I currently pursue a Master of Science Programme at the School of the Environment of the Aegean University.
