I am an Assistant Contact Center Manager at Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management. I have a certificate in PC Repair Specialist and Networking from Hellas Network, and I am CCNA certified by Cisco. I am also studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Hellenic Open University, with a focus on lean process improvement. In my current role, I manage a team of 110 staff and 7 supervisors for a B2B technical support project, responsible for implementing action plans and presenting the current KPIs to the client manager via weekly and monthly business reviews. I work closely with the account manager on developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I have also contributed to the training and development of new hires and existing staff, using my technical and customer service skills and knowledge. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and solutions to our clients, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision and values.
