Finance Student at Conestoga College actively involved in the financial services industry as a Personal Banking Associate at TD. I graduated high school with a major in accounting and a 3.7+ GPA. I’m deeply passionate about the intricate workings of capital markets, consistently driven to broaden my expertise in financial analytics. Currently, taking courses like Relationship Management, Financial Accounting, and Finance Analytics while generally scoring about 26% above the class average and gaining recognition from the senior professors. Constantly working on presentations in different classes which involves critical thinking and interpersonal skills to present my data insights on a project in front of 50+ students. Some Highlights Include: 1) Dedicated 100+ hours during regular classes and work weeks to pass my IFIC certification gaining my mutual funds license. Also, actively worked on and gained my CSC Certification which goes over a wide range of finance subjects such as ETF, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, Portfolio Optimization. 2) Constantly learning Financial Analytics and Modelling with tools like MS Excel, Tableau, Python at Conestoga and online learning platforms such as Udemy. Working for small enterprises on freelance websites helping them create financial reports, project budgeting, and cost analysis generating in revenue over the last 3 months. 3) Overachieving quarterly advice goals at TD by 267% regularly. Sincerely providing advice to customers on a daily basis for financial products and services, enabling them to achieve their financial goals efficiently. Frequently Generating high net worth referrals to Financial Planners/ Personal Bankers enabling the clients to enjoy the benefits of Equity markets/ Mutual Funds instead of keeping stacks of money in the chequing account with virtually no interest. I get excited about opportunities where I am able to leverage my vast capital markets knowledge coupled with the financial analytics skills I have developed and have a real impact in a team.
