About Panchali Das

I help organisations make clearer decisions about AI, cloud, and data solutions, particularly in environments where there is operational complexity, cross-functional input, and a need for practical next steps. My work focuses on helping teams define the real problem, understand where processes or workflows are creating friction, and shape solution paths that are clear, realistic, and easier to evaluate. My experience includes supporting AWS-aligned opportunities involving AI, data, and automation, with a focus on discovery, presales conversations, partner collaboration, and Marketplace-related motions. I’m comfortable working across business stakeholders, technical teams, and partner teams to bring more structure and clarity to complex decisions.I also bring that same approach to the sustainability and energy space, where reliability, compliance, and long-term performance matter, particularly in data centre and power-related environments. My sweet spot is sitting between customers, engineers, and cloud partners, translating constraints across process, data, and controls into practical solutions that reduce operational friction, strengthen governance, and build trust with non-technical decision-makers.
