Worked on planning, designing, implementing and execution of campaigns using Adobe Campaign for NA,EMEA and APAC regions. Proficient on developing and executing campaigns & reports(for both Direct Marketing and IVR Marketing) and also developing complicated SQL queries & tracking the responses of each campaign for measuring the effectiveness of campaign.
