My professional path, ignited at Apple, is a tale of continuous learning, diverse experiences, and profound gratitude. Apple, where my career journey began, was a launchpad for a lifelong pursuit of innovation and service across multiple sectors. The academic route I took is as diverse as it is profound, encompassing six Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering, Theology, Metaphysical Studies, Geology, History of Religions, and Computer Science. These degrees have not only broadened my knowledge but also sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, my legal acumen is shaped by three Juris Doctor degrees in Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce and Trade, and International Treaty Law, enabling me to adeptly navigate complex legal terrains. My educational achievements also include a Master's in Business Administration and another in Geology, alongside a degree in Business Accounting and Administration with a focus on International Trade. These qualifications have been pivotal in developing my strategic insight and leadership abilities. Furthermore, being ordained in the Episcopal Church and serving as a professor in Engineering Thermodynamics and Gender Studies allowed me to integrate my spiritual beliefs with my academic and professional pursuits. My career has been enriched by roles in numerous esteemed organizations. Following Apple, I held significant positions at NeXT Computer, United Airlines, and Lockheed Martin, each providing unique challenges and growth. My experiences in the telecommunications sector with US West Communications, and in the financial realm with Wells Fargo, offered diverse business insights. In the technology field, my roles at Digital Equipment Corp, Cisco Systems, Compaq Computers, and Advanced Micro Devices deepened my understanding of tech innovation. My service in the USAF as a pilot and chaplain added a distinctive dimension to my profile, complemented by legal experiences, including internships at several law firms and partnership roles in three. From my early days at Greenbar Communications and Blackjack Pizza to strategic C-Suite positions, each role has been a vital part of my journey, enhancing my capacity to lead, innovate, and serve. In summary, my career is a reflection of a life committed to learning, service, and guiding others toward growth and understanding. I am deeply thankful for each opportunity and experience that has shaped this journey.
