Understanding Market requirements and portfolio gap in Veg and working hand in hand with breeders 9. Working together with cross functional team in order to leverage the business 10. Organising training programs on portfolio understanding to sales team, growers and the channel partners. Preparing product communication message to help the sales team 11. Participation in Crop Agronomy, tailored solutions, developing model plots by including CP and Fertigation management crop schedule 12. Guiding regional sales team for NVI introduction, product positioning and planning the budget
