As an Automotive Seat System Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am passionate about designing and developing innovative seating solutions that enhance the driving experience for customers around the world. Throughout my career, I have led the development of more than five successful programs for complete seating systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, reliability, and on-time delivery. I have also gained extensive experience in issue resolution on a range of vehicles, including the Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Gladiator, Dodge Journey, RAM Truck, and SML ISUZU BUS. My strong problem-solving skills have been instrumental in root causing and determining Interim/Permanent corrective actions for rear complete seats, helping to ensure the highest level of safety and performance for our customers. I am particularly proud of my track record in launching global programs, having successfully led the launch of three programs that have met or exceeded customer expectations.
