Having bachelors’ degree in hotel management study from Punjab technical university, Jalandhar, India and diploma in Hospitality Management from Systematic Commercial School, Singapore, I am a young, energetic and healthy of 28 years old. Currently, I am working as a Guest service assistant in Hyatt regency, New Delhi, India. As my working experience i have four and half year experience in five star properties. During my professional experience in those of the development sectors, I have gained knowledge, skills and attitudes. I am a goal-oriented self starter having knowledge and skills of compliance management, budget management, administration, documentation, reporting and time management. In addition, conduct stock inventory, extra cleaning task, Room maintenance by cleaning with proper way of using right cleaning chemical and machines related tasks are my daily performances which I have done and doing in a standard way.
