A passionate CSR and social impact professional with 8 years and 11 months of diverse experience in managing and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across India. I’ve worked with corporates, NGOs, and advisory firms—gaining strong hands-on expertise in project strategy, planning and implementation, budgeting, stakeholder management, reporting, M&E, and compliance. In my journey, I’ve: 1. Handled CSR operations end-to-end across domains like education, healthcare, rural development, and skilling. Led project execution at pan-India level including Delhi, Uttarakhand, Gwalior, Tamil Nadu, and Kolkata. Managed CSR MIS, conducted independent project evaluations, and ensured third-party due diligence and compliance under the Companies Act. Coordinated with multiple implementation partners, NGOs, and internal stakeholders to maximize impact. Taken initiatives focused on elder care, youth empowerment, and intergenerational awareness programs. Worked in advisory roles to guide NGOs on compliance, documentation, due diligence, and CSR funding strategy.
