I am a Digital & Technology expert with a deep interest in solving real-world problems, particularly around sustainable go-to-market models. With experience spanning across Fortune 500 companies, including the US, EU, and South-East Asia, I have successfully assisted our clients in enhancing engagement with both retail and organized customers. My work focuses on delivering digital programs that improve consumer engagement and, consequently, outcomes. I am a firm believer in the transformative power of technology to enhance lives, impacting both longevity and quality of life. My core competence lies in building innovative digital products at the intersection of industry needs, experience design, technologies, data, and intelligence. I have lead various technology practices for ZS incl. BI, Digital Customer Engagement etc, and currently head technology for a cluster of industries incl. Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Retail incl. CPG and Food & Beverages, and HiTech. I oversee the ideation, conceptualization, development, and commercialization of innovative solutions for clients. Since the inception of ZS India, I have had the privilege of shaping our India capability centers and developing leaders within the firm.
