A senior professional having diversified experience in technical management of software application testing. I have managed end to end testing life cycle of manual testing and automation testing projects. Automation - I have hands-on experience in designing maven-based custom framework using Selenium (Java) with POM design pattern, TestNG and ExtentReport in Continuous Testing/ Integration development process. I have managed mobile application testing using manual as well as automation (appium) and have managed performance testing of web app and mobile app using JMeter. I carry experience in working with presales team for preparing response to the RFP for Automation testing business; involved in giving walkthrough to the prospective clients. I led QA team in testing process definition, standardization and audit of testing projects for continuous process improvement. I worked with clients of US, UK, ANZ & the Middle East in various domains, namely Tours & Travel, Life Insurance, P&C Insurance, Pension, Life Science, Retail, US e-Learning and Intellectual Property.
