As an experienced Project Manager and QA Manager, I will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization. My role involves leading a team of 30+ resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this capacity, I will be responsible for setting project objectives, developing comprehensive project plans, and managing resources and costs. I will monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, I will be responsible for managing risks and resolving conflicts, as well as ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress at all times. As a project manager, I will provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure that all project deliverables are completed accurately and within the specified timelines. My role also involves ensuring that all projects adhere to the organization’s quality standards and that appropriate processes are in place for quality control and testing.
