About Pankhuri Joshi

Hi I’m Pankhuri—an entrepreneur passionate about connecting people opportunities and ideas across borders. For over a decade I’ve been building businesses that solve real problems. From launching a travel startup to creating a health tech platform focused on women and child health my work has always been about people—understanding their needs building relationships and turning gaps into solutions that create impact. Since Nysa Global’s inception I’ve been part of its journey—from a boutique financial advisory firm in India to the cross-border private investment platform it is today. I formally stepped into a full-time leadership role in 2018 as Director spearheading and managing Nysa’s skilled business and investment immigration programs for countries like Australia Canada the USA the UK and several across Europe including Ireland. As Nysa evolved so did my role. Today we focus on direct equity investments in high-growth consumer-driven businesses across India the USA and now Ireland. Currently I’m fully focused on leading Nysa Global’s expansion into Ireland. My role is about building relationships creating cross-border opportunities and helping businesses grow. Whether it’s identifying scalable investment models or fostering partnerships between India and Ireland. I’m passionate about connecting markets ideas and people to create meaningful sustainable businesses. Social impact has always been central to my work. I founded Best of the Bump a social enterprise focused on improving maternal and child health outcomes in rural India. Today I continue to support impact-driven ventures as a Limited Partner at Wake Up Capital fostering inclusive sustainable business growth here in Ireland. When I’m not building bridges between businesses and people you’ll find me exploring Ireland with my family supporting early-year parenting initiatives (including a book project with Penguin!) or thinking about my first love—fashion. My career started in design working with Fab India where I developed maternity wear and FabNU collections. These days I often explore how heritage brands stay relevant in today’s world of quiet luxury and conscious consumption. Ireland feels like the perfect next chapter.
