About Panth Soni

Over the years, I’ve built my career around compliance, recruitment, and team leadership, growing from hands-on customer service roles to managing end-to-end compliance in the healthcare sector. I started as a Customer Sales Representative at Dharma Infoservices, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. With time, I moved into a Floor Supervisor role, leading teams, training employees, and ensuring quality service. These experiences shaped my ability to manage people, streamline processes, and create a collaborative work environment. Currently, as a Compliance Officer at IMS People Possible, I handle the full compliance process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence. My work has been recognized with multiple nominations and awards, reflecting my commitment to excellence. I thrive in fast-paced settings where problem-solving and teamwork drive results. I enjoy refining processes, mitigating risks, and working with diverse teams to deliver seamless compliance and recruitment operations. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and improve—and that’s what keeps me motivated.
