About Panu Autio

I’m a responsible team player specialized in goal-oriented cooperation and high quality communication in complex environments. My strength is committed and well organized teamwork. I have broad experience in strategy – I like planning and executing different kinds of game plans. I’m also capable of changing plans rapidly in tuff competitive situations. Inquisitive perception, rationalized decisions and accurate execution are my core know-how. I have the ability to gain a holistic understanding and to operate in complex systems. I’m also experienced in finding essential details while solving problems and getting the best out of my team. I love stepping out, when the stakes are high and there is lots of pressure. I’ve always loved shooting penalties. I’m a natural leader, but also ready for other roles in the team if that serves the common objectives better. Quality communication in different mediums is an essential part of my skill set. I have broad experience from the world of sport in roles like: player, captain, coach, referee, coaching educator, sports director, member of the board, book author, consultant, television commentator, communication manager, event organizer, contact manger and community director. I’ve always been curious to explore the world from different perspectives. I did my studies in Social & Economic History and Creative Sustainability at Aalto University, University of Helsinki, Hanken School of Economics and Universidad de Murcia.
