My journey in this field started right after graduating from Keele University in 2017, and it has been an incredible ride ever since. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege to deal assist different departments, which allowed me to have a wider variety of experiences. These experiences have not only honed my adaptability skills, but have also given me a profound appreciation for working for one of the leading international gaming companies and its fast pace environment. My approach to work is rooted in my own philosophy of always giving everything my all and always push to rise above obstacles and find solutions. I firmly believe that driving the people around you with a positive attitude and strive to aim to achieve in your professional endeavors, always pushes one self to be the best version of one self. Currently, I hold the position of European Customer Account Team Leader at bet365, where I am currently in charge of developing my own team and ensuring a smooth shift management. It's a role that challenges me daily, pushing me to become more of an example and to learn and improve my skills. But my professional life is just one facet of who I am. Outside of work, you might find me watching documentaries and involved in sports. These passions not only keep me grounded but also enrich my creativity and problem-solving abilities.
