Background

About Paolo Cinat

Graduated in 2012 in Aeronautical engineering, aerodynamic specialization, i have obtained the qualification as an engineer in the second session of 2012. I joined the Order of Engineer in Lucca from 2013 and the Italian Association of Tribologist (AIT) in 2017. Then, the 16/02/2018, i have been awarded by a Ph.D. in computational contact mechanics with maximum mark. During my Ph.D, and not only during this period, i have been participated as lecturer in different international conference presenting my work. I have also helped my group in the organization of conference and event at IMT Lucca. Moreover, i have been student representative in Student representative in the Assessment Board (Nucleo di Valutazione) of School IMT for Advanced Studies Lucca, from 15/12/2015 to 15/12/2017. My experience is not only in the academic field. The experience in Continental Automotive and the HighTissue project has been directly in the Company. My tasks were related to the research and development field, testing and quality control. I have enjoyed such experience a lot and, in the future, i would like to continue such an approach, being the leader of a Testing Laboratory not mainly for R&D, but also for quality control and costumer care. I see myself working in a Company where the team work organization, the scheduling of task are fundamental to reach high standard of production.
