About Paolo Delloca

Hello I’m Paolo, 52 years old, thanks for visiting my profile. My career start in warehouse, living in Como that in 1990 was the worldwide center for silk, for several years I worked in Textile Companies. Due to the crisis of the Como silk (China competing) I changed sector completely from Textiles to Pharmaceuticals working in a drug & healthcare products company. Covering different positions of responsibility, leading teams in Supply Chain (until to 15 people), I developed cross-functional competencies. I’m constantly trying to merge Lean principles with day-by-day business life, being involved in dynamic, continuously improvement environments, with a constant attention to performance enhancement, frequent changes of the demand and cost reduction. Deepened knowledge of warehouse/stock management and production planning activities. I’m involved as PM in several projects to install/upgrade ERP, mainly SAP where I got a strong knowledge about MRP, Warehouse Management module and Material Master. Thanks to 15 Years of experience in a Chemical Pharmaceuticals Company (Curia, formerly Archimica) I got a significant experience in managing of dangerous goods (I covered DGSA role for 5 Years in Archimica) I’m 100% convinced that it is important to combine technical knowledge with emotional and managerial intelligence to obtain significant achievements; focused on establishing good relationships with Business Partners and the internal Team.
