About Papiya Majumdar

After spending half of a decade in doing an excellent job in both sales & marketing spanning across industries viz. telecom, banking, financial institutions, digital payments, I yearned to learn more and do something different and meaningful. That’s when it happened: the spark I was missing, ignited the instant I got an opportunity to work with the largest media house in India, the ABP Group and in their “Schools & Institutions” division. My love for the education segment while working with students & eminent yet modern educationists was instant and it stays rock solid even after a decade. I look out for young, euphemistic, resolute minds and find them great careers. This all starts with a conversation. Along the way we explore it together by uncovering their unknown infinite potential, their innate passion and together we decide their career path. We keep the conversation going till we arrive at the destination. I love to dig into customer challenges (read problems faced by the young generation) and solve them with modern technology & understanding. I love to win, but helping that one mind win gives me greater joy. I love making brands out of people. I hate selling myself. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person. I am constantly learning because I never settle. I stay calm when faced with adversity. I focus on making high quality decisions.
