About Paps Andrews

I am a Marketing and Business Development specialist with a focus on the Financial Services and FinTech industry based in London where I support the Global Fintech Practice, running events, co-ordinating the relationship with industry partnerships, maintaining contacts with other industry associations, managing the Global and Regional Steering Groups and maintaining Hogan Lovells’ online presence. I have extensive experience in pitching, leading both virtual and face-to-face events, and a wide range of experience in digital marketing from creating content to training fee earners on social media to analysing the statistics of social media engagement. I've been listed on the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist 2022 in their 'Marketing and Communications' category and have received two Hogan Lovells HighLight Awards. I try to be an advocate in diversity and equality, as I make sure we put forward diverse teams in our submissions and when pitching for new work and events. I've always tried to make sure that we have the right representative at the forefront. I've helped launched a resource hub, which is a community for our FinTech Mentor Program members, alumni and strategic partnerships. On the hub, I make sure that the users are receiving the latest insights, webinars and events invitations that are FinTech-related topics. I also promote the partnership's activities through the hub, this is to make sure that they’re integrated within the community. I am known as the key ‘women in business’ advocate as I've previously led the Women in Business projects with Sharon Lewis (Sector Lead for the Financial, Insurance and Investment). I've created a safe space event during COVID by bringing together Women clients and lawyers to talk about the challenges they have faced during COVID at work and in their everyday lives. The event was a great success that we replicated in the US, Asia and Europe. I am a qualified level 4 - Professional Marketing with The Chartered Institute of Marketing and received a BA (Hons) in International Tourism, Hospitality, and Leisure Management at London South Bank University. I am very passionate about doing extra volunteering work and have previously helped on a pro bono case as a Thai translator for the lawyers at Hogan Lovells.
