As a seasoned Technical Manager, I bring extensive expertise in mass emission and performance testing, development of test lab facilities, validation, and new product development support aligned with ISO 17025 and NABL accreditation standards. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, I ensure the successful execution of projects, adhering to technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments. With a solid background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, I excel in communication, presentation, and analytical skills. My ability to work both independently and in a team environment adds significant value to any organization. I have a proven track record in managing weekly plans, optimizing test facility resources, and overseeing the operation of over 10 labs and a team of 15+ members. My comprehensive knowledge spans the entire project and product development life cycles, including R&D facility planning, budget allocation, and control. I have successfully conducted testing and validation trials, securing type approval certification for 110 cc, 200 cc, and premium 400 cc motorcycles from ARAI, VCA, iCAT, IDIADA, and internal NABL accredited labs. My role involves meticulous monitoring of instrument utilization, calibration, and maintenance within the test lab infrastructure. As a certified internal auditor for NBL ISO 17025:2017 and an authorized signatory for test results, I possess hands-on experience in on-road trials, data acquisition, and benchmark vehicle trials for various motorcycle and scooter projects, utilizing data loggers, V-BOX, HIOKI, and conducting thermal trials. I am adept at identifying part-level testing requirements and possess in-depth knowledge of vehicle component testing and validation, including dust, salt spray, and vibration tests. My experience extends to the validation and testing of Electric Vehicles (EVs) on chassis dynos, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. I consistently monitor the procurement of equipment and spares within the revenue and capital budget, offering technical support to the development team.
