As a Team Supervisor at T.D. Williamson, I lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals, overseeing the management of servers, networks, systems, and applications. I also collaborate with different departments to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. I hold an ITIL certification and several other credentials that demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in IT service management.
