About Param Shah

With a background in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of urban development. I have experience working as a project coordinator (Land Development) and manage technical and administrative duties. My hands-on experience includes overseeing land development projects, managing development applications, and facilitating discussions on planning-related topics. I also have experience in different planning and development projects and bag research experience. I am proficient in using QGIS, SketchUp, ENVI-met, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other designing and report drafting software. My passion for urban planning, combined with a strong foundation in land use planning, zoning bylaws, analyzing statutory and non-statutory documents, understanding heritage conservation policies, and interpreting engineering drawings and survey plans, equips me to contribute effectively in roles ranging from Planning Assistant, Planning Technician, Planning Analyst, Urban Planner, Land Development Planner, Planning Technician, Development Coordinator, Planning Policy Analyst, and Project Coordinator.
