About Paramitha Suandi

I have a strong passion in Human Resources area and has been working in all HR function: organisation development, compensation & benefit, talent acquisition, or as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner. Having a high spirit and energy as a learner never puts me stand still in a comfort zone as I am always starving for a new knowledge, both at work and formal education. Working in HR is not only a job for me. Being a part of someone's career with support from every aspect of HR is an implementation of my personal value, which is to help as many people as possible. This value is aligned with the company where I currently work for. Beiersdorf is company that pays a big attention on development. Under its four core values: Care-Simplicity-Courage-Trust, it is higlighting collaboration, freedom, and the love to our brands, with family culture. Currently, Beiersdorf Indonesia is transforming and being one of the FMCGs with fastest growth under those two strong brands: NIVEA and Hansaplast.
