My overarching vision is to translate research insights into impactful medical solutions, thereby contributing to a healthier community by alleviating the burden of diseases. 🧬 My expertise spans multiple domains, including epidemiology, public health, and hands-on wet lab techniques such as advanced cell culturing, molecular techniques, and statistical analysis using multiple statistical software. I'm equally skilled in scientific writing, covering a spectrum from crafting meticulous research articles and medical documentation to developing compelling proposals, grants, and comprehensive reports. Additionally, I bring adeptness in managing scientific procurement and collaborating with diverse suppliers to ensure efficient access to essential equipment and supplies. In addition, I gained valuable insights and skills during a brief stint as a Patent Research Analyst in my professional journey. I have been privileged to deliver numerous oral and poster presentations at esteemed national and international science conferences. My academic journey culminated in a PhD from the Department of Community Medicine and School of Public Health at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India (2017-2022). During this transformative phase, my focus encompassed exploring host genetic factors, notably the impact of FUT2, in relation to rotavirus infection and intussusception among young children in North India. Prior to my PhD, I served as a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Neurology (January 2016-December 2016), where I laid the foundation for my research-driven career trajectory. My core strengths, including optimism, self-motivation, meeting deadlines with precision, and an unyielding ambition to make a meaningful impact, propel me forward on my mission to drive innovation and change within the realm of life sciences.
