With over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a senior manager at Maflow Boryszew S.A, a leading manufacturer of automotive components and systems. I manage the business development, manufacturing engineering, and project management functions for the Indian and export markets, serving as the key account manager for major clients such as VW, Skoda, Nissan, Renault, and Vinfast. My core competencies include sales, project management, industrialization, and operational excellence. I have successfully led and executed multiple new product launches, prepared competitive commercial offers, negotiated effectively with customers, assessed project feasibility, and planned and calculated budgets for the next five years. I have also spearheaded the management of new projects, encompassing the strategic planning of manpower, development of new machines, layout planning, and process flow design to ensure seamless project execution.
