Forty two years old engineer aspiring for chosen industry objective, to serve assigned position with dedication with proven experience and earned skills of plant arrangement and basic and detailed engineering of balance of plant. With the strength of analytical mind and humble personality. I deal complex problems with calm mind to take them to satisfactory solution for most beneficial position of organization. My leadership style is to emphasize growth of each member of team in such a way that organisation goal is achieved not only in satisfactory ways but also having a team ready to attain a higher future goal. Author of a book,' Seven Billion Objectives ' which outline how a perspective shift and transformation of an individual can shape collective consciousness which in turn can make environment best suited to everyone.
