MBA with Human Resource & Marketing have more than 11 years of experience into diversified fields in Human Resource Management, Administration, Operations and E-Governance as well. I was started my HR carrier with a leading & fast growing IT company by name Smart Identity Devices Pvt. Ltd. Which deals in e-Governance projects, and I have worked in UIDA (Aadhar) running by this company, where I have deeply learned many strategic things of Human Resource Management and got skilled by highly experienced and cooperative team. This was actually a platform where I got skills and got vide experience in Administration, Management, Execution, and Human Resource Management as well. I also have experience of Trainer which I got it by my another job in 3K Technology Ltd. I have trained and build up a technical team of operators, supervisor, technical admin, to 3K Technology Ltd to execute and setup its new e-Governance Project CENCUS in Ranchi. During this professionalism, I switched for a new opportunity which i got with Hindustan Agritech which deals in agriculture products. I got an opportunity to learn operation management. Then i was also worked with a leading manufacturer chemical industries as Manager-HR & Admin. where I utilized all the skills and experience which I learned from my previous Employers. Now i am working with a pipes-fittings and tank manufacturing unit by name Fusion Industries Ltd as Manager- HR & Admin.
