About Parasu Raman

Process Planning | Tooling | Fixtures | Manufacturing Platform Builder With over a decade of hands-on experience in core manufacturing operations, I bring deep expertise in process planning, tooling, and building lean systems that deliver results. I began my journey as a Process Planning Engineer in a Tier-1 automotive company, where I worked for 5 years managing the wiper motor assembly line and sub-assembly units. This role sharpened my skills in process optimization, cycle time reduction, and line balancing for high-volume production. Post that, I transitioned into a more entrepreneurial role in a small-scale tool manufacturing company, where I led the design and manufacturing of fixtures, tools, and injection moulds for diverse industrial needs. My 6 years there helped me understand the depth of Indian manufacturing capabilities, as well as the gaps that hinder efficiency, transparency, and scalability in the SME segment. Today, I'm the founder of a customised manufacturing platform – building a network that connects customers with verified suppliers for CNC machining, tool manufacturing, and parts production. The goal is simple: streamline sourcing, improve turnaround time, and deliver quality parts with zero hassle. Let’s connect if you’re in manufacturing, sourcing, or product development and looking to make your supply chain smarter and more responsive.
