As a SP3D/PDS administrator below is my functional areas Interacting with clients to understand the technical requirement of the project. Analysing various inputs available with the client. Defining suitable methodology to undertake the project with the available inputs for the requisite output. Monitoring the technological trends and assimilating the relevant changes. Overseeing the project management activities including project planning, estimation and finalisation of technical / functional specifications of the project. Providing technical support for the on-going projects, quality control, resolving technical issues for my projects and team members etc. Responsible for PDS project creation which includes server building with help of server team, software installation of Oracle and PDS, for all disciplines. SP3D Hangers and Support customisation Symbol customisation using VB and 3d Symbol designer Creation of Catalog for SP3D Customisation of Naming rules and IFC Rule Handling the piping specifications creation, graphic commodity libraries modifications, updating the physical dimensional libraries using ANSI and vendor valve catalogues. Accountable for a gamut of functions liked complete RDB management, PDS / ISO troubleshooting for PDS Designer, Eeraceway customization, PDS archrivals and retrievals, ISOGEN server setup / configuration / customization, Drawing Manager & Orthogen setup, etc.
