Sixteen years hands on experience in Public Health Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Program Management, Data Management and Analysis with Social Science (Statistics) background, leading multi-disciplinary teams. I have expertise in various areas i.e. Tuberculosis (TB), HIV/ AIDS, Hepatitis C, Mother and Child Health with Government and International Donors. I am specialized in Data Analysis (STATA,SPSS, SAS,R), Research, MEAL design, program planning and implementation. I am expert in building individual and organizational capacities to use evidence to strengthen programs and foster more transparent and accountable institutions. I am principled and dynamic problem-solver who brings ideas and talent together to move groups, systems, and agendas forward. I am open, reflexive, collaborative, and intellectually curious.
