I am an Oracle BI Technical Manager/Leader carrying 17+ years of experience with expertise in developing business cases and ROI for department to get buy-in from senior management. I am adroit in planning for retirement of systems programs and migration of systems infrastructure while developing and supporting areas in Financials, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Communications & High Tech and Steel Industrial Domains. I am skilled at maintaining database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating, integrating, and installing new releases; completing maintenance; answering user questions. Moreover, I have rich experience in various aspects of Reports Development (Oracle BI Apps - OBIA in Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE 10g & 11g)/Siebel Analytics, Actuate, Crystal Reports & Oracle Reports. I am deft at ensuring effective and secure data usage, implementing business intelligence tools, and integrating applications supporting the goals and strategies. Also, I am adept at managing & leading teams in OBIA & OBIEE Projects; building & configuring the whole application in AIX environment (DEV) using Informatica (V9.5.1), DAC (11.1.1) & OBIEE (11.1.1.7.1). I own good knowledge in Informatica 7.1, 8.1 & 9.5.1 workflows along with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with proven abilities in handling multiple complex projects at a time.
