About Pari Jhaveri

Pari comes with 20 plus years of experience across Executive search, Human Resources, Media and Advertising, FMCG and Education domains. Pari was founding member of Ogilvy's first brand social responsibility business. Here she worked with Unilever, Coca Cola, Castrol, bp, Johnson Controls, Johnson & Johnson, Mondelez, Wockhardt, USAID to name a few. Her work helped brands to remain top of mind, deliver profits with purpose and won renowned global awards. Subsequently she led Private Equity practice for Hunt Partners and founded a high end, boutique executive CXO search firm Third Sector Partners where she hired 500+ leaders for organisations including Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Care, Oxfam, Rockefeller foundation, Pradan, Magic Bus, amongst others. She co-founded barefootjobs.org, now renamed Gobarefoot jobs for NGOs seeking junior to mid level talent. Later, as Chief Operating Officer at Sesame Workshop, she led the management of operations across three distinct Sesame entities in content and mass media, children educational outreach and pre-school markets. She was responsible for managing the group’s people, quality control and brand functions and was the key senior management resource for donor relations and new initiatives, for Sesame India and New York offices. As Senior Partner for Transearch,a French multinational executive search firm operational in 39 countries, Pari established a successful consulting practice spanning Financial services, Emerging Technology, Education, Non-Profit and Sustainable Development industries. Presently, she is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Purpose Leaders Worldwide, a bespoke firm focused on leadership executive-life coaching and C-suite and Boards search and counseling with presence in key mature and emerging markets. Pari is empanelled as a coach with Ceresa, an Austin headquartered coaching firm. She has been a board member and served on boards of Sustainability CXO Partners, Climate Civics Institute, WomenServe, Miracle Foundation, Hunger Project and has also co-founded Katalyst, an initiative that prepares young women from disadvantaged backgrounds for leadership roles, thereby creating a wider talent pool for India Inc and helping bridge the gender divide. Amongst Pari’s many accolades are the PRWeek Asia Pacific Award, Asian Brand Marketing Effectiveness Award, Best Woman Entrepreneur Award by Chief Minister of Maharashtra (Mumbai, India) and Edelweiss Social Innovation Awards. Pari is a performing arts enthusiast trained in theatre and classical music.
