In my current role, I am leading a multi-year technology transformation that involves designing, enabling, and optimizing digital channels, deriving insights from data analysis, and implementing core systems transformation on the Cloud (XaaS). I am also an advocate for building a culture of continuous improvement and agility to better meet the customer needs and become a better version of ourselves over time.
