As the CEO & Founder of TechImpace my professional journey since 2012 has been dedicated to merging entrepreneurial vision with deep technical execution. Based in Bardhaman West Bengal I've led TechImpace from its nascent stages building a company recognized for its reliable solutions primarily through word-of-mouth success. My expertise as a Full Stack Web Developer spans over 13 years encompassing the entire software development lifecycle from system design and architecture to successful development and scaling of complex platforms. I've had the privilege of leading development on significant projects like HAPERP DIGIADMISSION and GYMBIM alongside our flagship 'Academica ERP' a robust and efficient school management system. A core area of my specialization is developing designing and scaling RESTful APIs which has been critical for the seamless operation of our large-scale applications. Furthermore I have gained valuable experience in the fintech sector by developing essential middleware solutions that facilitate secure and efficient financial operations. My technical command includes PHP (CodeIgniter Laravel) MySQL HTML CSS JavaScript and AWS. Beyond coding my role involves managing our agile team of 1-10 professionals overseeing operations cultivating client relationships and driving our overall business growth. I am passionate about nurturing talent and ensuring our products are not just functional but also scalable and impactful. My current strategic focus includes transitioning our core development to Laravel a move that underscores my commitment to embracing cutting-edge technologies and delivering superior web applications.
