My role involves overseeing the evaluation and approval process for film, television, and digital media tax credits, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations while fostering industry growth. I collaborate with industry stakeholders and government partners to enhance program effectiveness, streamline operations, and advocate for policy enhancements that bolster Ontario's position as a global leader in the creative sector. I have experience in program and policy development, project management, marketing and partnership building; proficiency in researching and analyzing industry and market trends to aid strategic development; substantive planning, organizational and problem solving skills to facilitate program and project delivery. In addition, I have presented at industry and trade events. I'm a team player and relationship builder with good communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills.
