About Paritosh Vashisht

I’m a public health professional and experienced Program Manager with over 13 years of experience in implementing evidence-based approaches across RMNCH+A and nutrition programs. I’m a certified NQAS external assessor and master trainer in RMNCH+A, Nutrition, and Quality Improvement, with proven success in supporting NHM and development partners to build capacities and enhance healthcare service delivery. With an Executive Program in Healthcare Management from IIM Calcutta, a public health specialization from IIHMR Delhi, and a Master’s in Population Studies from IIPS Mumbai, I bring a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Additionally, I possess strong government liaisoning and stakeholder engagement capabilities, having worked closely with NHM and other departments to co-develop impactful strategies, guidelines, and innovations. I’m committed to continuous learning and share insights via my LinkedIn newsletter, Mentor’s Pulse. Outside of work, I’m the founder of Lucknow Helpers, a community-focused nonprofit. I also enjoy stand-up comedy, cultural travel, reading, and podcasts—constantly exploring new ideas to enrich both personal and professional growth.
