I am a high-performing employee who possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and change management skills with a desire for a career in operations management. I am currently working at Armstrong World Industries as a Value Stream Specialist in one of the metal network’s manufacturing facilities. In this position, I drive key operational improvements aligned with the plant’s SQDC objectives. I have created emphasis on strategies related to accountability, motivation, organization, and process optimization. These strategies aim to lead the 75+ manufacturing employees and provide the support staff with foundations to execute to their desired plans. I have previously work at Armstrong world industries under the Procurement function where I was responsible for reviewing jobs to ensure technical feasibility, to ensure execution of all raw material procurement, and to ensure execution of outsourcing activities are performed in compliance with inventory levels and customer expectations. Additionally, I oversaw plant purchasing systems and cycle count processes for raw materials and WIP. Prior to joining Armstrong World Industries, I worked at Worthington Industries on the Steel Integrated Planning/Sales team. I graduated from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business with a specialization in Operations Management.
