Parker began his career working in the Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte, advising clients across multiple sectors and developing a strong foundation in strategy, analytical problem solving, communications and financial modeling. In 2007, Parker joined LVMH in Hong Kong working within the Selective Retail Division at DFS Group, a leading global retailer which partners with the world’s top luxury brands to develop and operate luxury department stores and shopping malls across 16 international markets. As President of Global Operations, he led DFS’ global retail network driving US$4B in revenue and leading a team of more than employees across a wide span of categories including Luxury Fashion, Beauty, Watches & Jewellery and Wines & Spirits. From 2016 to 2018, Parker was the CEO of ZALORA, the leading fashion e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia. Parker and his team drove a comprehensive transformation plan to enhance ZALORA’s brand lineup, site experience and fashion positioning, while restructuring the supply chain, rebuilding culture and improving profitability. Parker gained strong insights and expertise in omni-channel retail, digital marketing and e-commerce operations. ZALORA was later consolidated into parent-company Global Fashion Group and listed on the German stock exchange. Parker founded Initium Ventures in 2021, specializing in helping brands and retailers navigate the rapidly evolving world of omnichannel retail. The company provides advisory services and talent support focused on digital strategy and transformation. In July 2022, Parker was nominated to the Board of Directors for END. Clothing and was subsequently appointed to his current role as Chief Executive Officer for the company. Parker received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He completed undergraduate degrees in Economics and Management at the University of Saint Thomas. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
