I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salem University, and I have developed strong skills in employee training, training and development (HR), and organization skills. I have over three years of experience in the equipment rental industry, having previously worked as a Training Coordinator at Cooper Equipment and One Stop Rentals & Sales. In these roles, I was responsible for providing operator safety training certification for forklift, telehandler, scissor, boom lift, and other equipment. I am passionate about helping customers find the best solutions for their needs, and I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a professional in this field, and to contribute to the success and growth of Cooper Equipment.
