Hey there! My name is Parker Nellis, I have been an in-person certified personal trainer for 3 years now and have started my online nutrition & fitness coaching business at the beginning of 2019. After getting multiple certifications, investing in various mentors & masterminds, and seeing my clients totally transform their bodies & mindset - I created & released my Private 1:1 Online Health & Nutrition Program! I revolve my coaching around sustainability, where every client's program is personalized to make it the most realistic within their routine & schedule for them to take action on each day. My goal here is to simplify reaching others’ health & fitness goals, lead with an educational & sustainable approach while enjoying life & foods they love along the way. Way too often I see individuals go about their health and fitness goals by going to extremes that really aren’t needed (eating bland, boring foods each day, hours of cardio, fad diets, etc.) to reach their goals. I love seeing my clients finally get the results they have always wanted, without giving up foods they love or nights out with friends & families.
