I’m Parker Reed, a Principal Product Designer with 13+ years of experience building thoughtful, intuitive, and memorable products. I’ve designed and built across startups ( Techstars '24 Founder ), product agencies, and global companies like Amazon, AWS, and Disney—working at every stage from zero-to-one to scaled systems. My background blends human-centered design, research, interaction thinking, engineering, and product strategy to create experiences that feel natural and truly useful. I’m a full-stack product thinker who leads by doing, thrives in ambiguity, and loves solving real problems with design that grows alongside the people using it: & - – Designing AI that enhances human capability, fosters trust, and drives better outcomes- – Creating personalized, memorable, and playful experiences that leverage gamification, community-driven mechanics, and engagement loops to increase retention and loyalty. & – Founded and led Gotham Design System @ Amazon, integrating it across multiple teams and products, introduced new accessibility features and enhanced both design and engineering efficiency- – A proven, award-winning designer with expertise in design, engineering, and marketing.
