Worked at Chenab Bridge (World's highest Railway bridge), Railway Tunnel -UBSRL (Udhampur Baramula Srinagar Railway Link project, WET IC project, Food Manufacturing Factory. Roles and Responsibilities- 1.Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines, Customer and organization requirements. 2.Implementation monitoring of HSE Management System according to International Standards (ISO14001 ISO 45001). Provide necessary advice, information and support in the effective implementation of the HSE Management System requirements and HSE plan to project personnel. 3.Update the HSE Plan to the requirements of the activities being carried out when there is a revision. 4.Disseminate, Communicate and Implementation of HSE Policy, guidelines, procedures compliance to legal requirements to establish a culture of health and safety etc. Provide clear, complete binding instructions, as applicable. 5.Advice and co-ordinate with line management in preparing HSE Risk Assessment & SOP for new activities. 6.Participating in HSE core team meetings in identifying aspects hazards at the workplace & establish control measures. Guiding training site personnel in implementing them. Conduct mock drill etc 8. Creating HSE awareness through Tool Box talks / Pep talk along with the site/section in charges. 9.Identify training needs, plan and organize training programs, initiate drive to promote HSE awareness and performance on HSE at different levels and Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention to achieve Zero Harm. 10.Contributes to internal and external HSE audits plan and conduct HSE audits at the project site take corrective/preventive actions promptly. 11.Identify near misses, unsafe acts unsafe conditions and ensure corrective /preventive actions aproved by core HSE team. 12.Daily site safety monitoring and making daily safety observation report and raised on online mode of company portal. 13.Incident/Accident communication (escalation),investigation, records, analysis recommendation of corrective preventive actions to the Project Manager, Project Team and HSE Team. 14.Analyses and monitors adherence to HSE standards in assigned organizations and prepares regular HSE reporting. Report to HSE Manager/HSE Coordinator on all matters pertaining to status of HSE and promotional programme at project level.
